This patisserie has both Style & Substance. So so good 🥰 It’s so cute inside. I must admit, I’ve been in other cafes or bakeries where the charming decor leads to an “okay” experience with their treats. Je T’aime Patisserie has EXCELLENT bakes, a charismatic owner Jatee and a dedicated team. I saw this place on TikTok, wanted to support Brooklyn’s First Black Patisserie owner and headed there on a Saturday morning. I got the Red Velvet Latte w/ almond milk and a specialty croissant. The latte was steaming hot, and had the notes of a really nice, complex red velvet cake without being artificial. The Specialty Croissant was the best dessert I’ve tried in a long time. The filling inside was so velvety smooth, and the berries were fresh + tart. I’ve honestly been thinking about it since. Definitely check out this Patisserie!
